Blog #9 Satan’s Strategy: Dangerous Doctrines Part 1 By Brandon Wyse

Satan’s Strategy: Dangerous Doctrines Part 1

Welcome back…I , Brandon, coming with the Holy Spirit will speak these things as revealed to me in accordance with the Word of God… First, let me emphatically state, that no revelation from God will be outside, or contrary to God’s Word. If you need a divine guidance as to a translation, stick with the King James Version… during these studies for this blog, I saw the mutilation of simple words in other translations that did actually change, ever so subtly, the gospel.

In saying this, I love you all, and it is our intention to expose the subtlety of Satan’s strategy. In his strategy, he will never come in the front door announcing his intentions, or deceit – it’s ever so cunning and subtle that most brothers and sisters in Christ are even fooled. This blog is to point out these schemes and the Word of God on the matter.

What He has revealed in the last few weeks is nothing short of shocking, almost to the point it made my head dizzy. I knew the church, not necessarily the Body of Christ, was in a bad state of being. How bad I could not have known, nor do many Christians realize the subtlety of the devil’s game plan. But when you ask the Holy Spirit for the complete truth no matter the answer – it does come.

So without anymore hiatus, I give you Satan’s strategies regarding the church as revealed to me by the Holy Spirit through the Word of God. Praise Jesus our Lord and Savior to deliver those deceived and tricked into bondage by the serpent of ancient. And by the end of this series of blogs, you should be able, through the Word of God, be able to identify what is a false doctrine, apostate, or even if the church you’re going to is, or is headed down the devil’s path to a false Jesus. This blog with the Holy Spirit’s guidance will help you mature into sound doctrine…

Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive

THE BEGUILING SERPENT

Imagine the psychologists like Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung – how much they thought they understood of the human psyche in a mere 40 or 50 years of practice. Now imagine someone watching human behavior for thousands of years, and how much they’d know – well, that’s the devil – so it would be absurd to think we could outsmart him. And we don’t have to, for we were given all authority over him.

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

…but us exercising that authority takes knowing where and what he’s doing… If we don’t know he’s entwined in a certain area of our lives, we won’t know to exercise that authority over him. And this is how he’s still operating right under some believer’s noses.

I was not led to give a big dissertation on Satan’s origin other than he was basically head of the choir – and we can see how he uses all kinds of music today to pollute us. He is the prince of the power of the air – and everything from radio to satellite travels through this air…

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience

Satan built up with pride, disgusted that all the perfunctory angels didn't have a choice like these “weak” humans that he thought God coddled to a disgusting degree. So Satan perceived if tempted—the “weak” humans, they would turn on God, and they did. Thus, we were born into sin after that. So Satan has been working on his strategies for thousands of years.

To those Satan’s trying to deceive, he rarely shows his true nature, so one must not look for Satan head on when he’s deceiving you. His first nature is revealed in the first Book of the Bible…

STRATEGY 1: Distort & Lie

Genesis 2:16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

So Satan bobs along in a serpent form and drops a whisper into Eve’s ear, knowing Adam was too strong to approach alone. Satan needed to convince Eve to help convince Adam. And here is the scripture saying it before the ladies in Christ throw Bibles at me…kidding, ladies.

1 Timothy 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

So we should be aware that the devil is very cunning…

Genesis 3: 1-5 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Satan right from the start calls God a liar, which…

John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Which takes us right into the three temptations:

STRATEGY 2: Three Temptations of the Flesh

1 John 2: 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Satan hit Eve with all three – Lust of the eyes, -- “eyes shall be opened.” Pride of Life – “You will surely not die.” And Lust of the flesh – “you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

Now think of all these in the world today…

liposuction, plastic surgery, lust everywhere from billboards, magazines, internet – people bend over backwards to look good, and pay good money for it. Not a whole lot of unattractive people in movies, it’s all for the eyes. All for the flesh to try to keep yourself alive a little while longer – diets, pills, surgeries, vitamins, etc. Working out, which isn’t bad as the Bible says exercise profits little, 1 Timothy 4:8 -- but the extremes can be nuts from steroids, vanity, etc. And science works overtime to try to get us to live longer(be as gods), know everything. Only Jesus gives life here abundantly and in the afterlife, but Satan wants mankind to think of themselves as gods, taking that from Jesus.

Satan hit Jesus with the same temptations. And Satan hit Jesus “after” forty days at His weakest. Satan won’t attack your strong points – if you’re not inclined to doing drugs – he won’t attack you there – but if you’re weak at coveting – he’ll attack you there…

Luke 4: 3-13 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. 4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Satan tried to use bread on Jesus like he used fruit on Eve: Jesus set him straight – the Word of God.

Verse 5: And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. 6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. 7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. 8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Satan hit Jesus with the lust of the eyes – all this and that… No, way, Savior hit the serpent truth in that we’re not here to serve things or Satan.

Mark 8:36 For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul.

It’s basic idolatry to worship the things in the world and make them “be as gods.”

Verse 9: And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: 10 For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: 11 And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. 13 And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

Satan hit Jesus with the pride of life… “you shall not surely die.” So subtle, Satan wanted Jesus to cling to his life, implanting that thought that Jesus doesn’t have to die if He doesn’t want to, which is basically testing God. And even used pride to test Jesus – “If thou be the Son of God.” How many times has someone said, “If you’re a real man,” you’ll do this and that, appealing to our pride. It’s all Satan… Obviously it also shows us that Satan knows the Bible pretty well, but somehow does a poor job at translating prophecy – thus him having Jesus crucified.

So to sum it up – Satan tempts man with these three tenets of deception. There are many temptations, but some way or another – they’ll fall into these three categories.

STRATEGY 3 : Confusion

I Corinthians 14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

To compliment on this quickly… Satan will try to distort God’s word as in translations today. You’ll hear it down the line from seminaries, Bible colleges, to preachers, and a million other false doctrines that God’s Word has been mistranslated, and the Hebrew word this, Greek word that should have said this, really says that, blah, blah, blah… don’t fall for it… it’s Satan 101 from Genesis… Satan is trying to confuse you in the Word of God – make you question its validity, and if he can make you think the scriptures aren’t translated right, or things are left out, or distort them – he’s winning in your mind.

Do you not think a God that created everything; and is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent… can do all good things, yet He couldn’t orchestrate to get you His written words down in a book? It’s doubting God by having a form of Godliness but denying the power thereof. When the KJV came out, God was behind it. He had enough of the priests and such keeping the Word from the people – His divine Hand moved. And now Satan wants to confuse you if that’s the right translation – don’t fall for it, open your heart to the Holy Spirit and He’ll quicken the words. Now does that mean you’re burning in hell because you read another translation – no. But what does put believers in jeopardy is doubt – but more on that later. I actually wrote the first blogs using other translations for this hadn’t been revealed to me until I asked the Holy Spirit what is all this fuss about translations? He revealed it, because I was open for Him to reveal it. So if you leave it up to people to tell you this means that in the Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic – not a bad thing if it does, but we’re not required to know all that. Simple things.

2 Peter 1:20-21(KJV) Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Let us reason together – God says:

I Corinthians 1:27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty.

So God didn’t call you to be a doctorate in theology to understand the Bible – or be a linguistic and know ten languages to read the Bible. Those puffed up in knowledge, would be shamed. God choose the foolish things in life – not the kings, presidents, billionaires… he chose me. He chose you. Because God is love and He would not let His word be tainted by the world’s wisdom…

Luke 2: 8-11 8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

God sent the angel to the “lowly” people who would believe the good news! Shepherds were the low guys on the totem pole in those days in society, but to God – for He is no respecter of persons! (Acts 10:34.) They were awesome! The shepherds didn’t whip out a translation guide and try to do quantum physics before they believed – they just believed! And this was a topology of the type of people that carry the gospel in the near future for Jesus.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The Holy Spirit brings the author Jesus' words to life from words on a page, and nothing is done apart from Them. So He will bring the pages of the Bible alive. No book in history has the author with it at all times – but the wonderful Word of God does!!!

Here’s some things to keep in mind if you have to staunchly defend the KJV… which, the Holy Spirit writes Jesus on our hearts – that’s why you may not remember the exact verse, but you’ll just know the basics of the gospel. Just some of these newer translations actually ever so subtly change the words, thus changing the gospel. But I am not led to go into those specifics, so just heed this warning… you must not add or take away God’s words… Revelations 22:18-19. It’s alright to change thee’s and thous to you’s and he’s and stuff we speak today, but nothing more. And I’ll probably do that in the next blog if led.

Johannes Gutenberg didn’t invent the printing press until 1450, then came the first mass translated Bibles – but almost 24,000 scrolls had been hand copied meticulously just in the first hundred years of the early church!

There’s evidence of God’s intent with the KJV… There were 6 almost total English translations before the KJV – starting from Wyclife’s Bible, Tyndale Bible, Great Bible, Geneva Bible, Bishop’s Bible, Douay–Rheims Bible, then KJV. This were the first almost entire translated – others before these were just psalms or Gospels. So KJV was 7, like’s God’s number. Here’s a link to the Wiki…

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_translations_of_the_Bible

Then, the KJV got translated into all the other languages of the world...

Psalm 12:6-7 And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. 7 "Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever."

I go where I’m led and never knew this stuff existed before this blog… and I read extant long expository on why this isn’t what that meant and such… Again, breaking this verb down and this, that God wasn’t meaning this or that… I’m taking the Bible at what it says and the order it’s in. God didn’t make me an English major before I could read His Word.

Secondly, let’s look at plain history since the KJV came out. All Bibles before it have ALL gone out of print for long periods of time, and the KJV was the most widely circulated Bible for hundreds of years – seems like God would want to get his Word out there. Despite the numerous distortions today—KJV is still everywhere. And I’ve heard naysayers trying to defend their distorted Bibles by saying… KJV was often handed out for free and that’s why it didn’t go out of print – well, the gospel was given to us for free, so that would make sense.

So you’re welcome to believe what you want and continue to be confused… but this shall stand!

STRATEGY 4: Subtlety

As you saw in Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.

He is also a roaring lion…

I Peter 5: 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

Lions when they’re ready to devour are very hungry and aren’t thinking about anything but eating. Satan finds it hard to contain himself when he sees openings to strike.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Check out his other side – a thief comes quietly, wanting to make sure he’s undetected when stealing and killing. He’ll try to steal Christians right out of sound doctrine and belief. When professional hit men would come in to kill, they didn’t blare their horns outside and have a welcome wagon of a marching quartet rumbling down the street – they moved in stealth, and took lives. Satan will try to destroy any faith and belief in God through any means.

God will never leave us nor forsake us, but Satan will try everything under his power to get you to walk away from Jesus. More on that in future blogs about the stranger in the sheep pen and the false prophets…

STRATEGY 5: Opposite of God

You want to see what’s going on today… do the opposite of what God says in the New Testament. God says a man leaves his mother to marry his wife – Satan says, a man leaves his mother to marry a husband. God says we’re no longer under the law but grace. Satan wants you under the law to nullify grace – and this is very dangerous!!!

God says “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” Satan says “Hate thy neighbor and love thyself more than any neighbor. God says live by the Spirit – Satan says live by the flesh.

Jesus Christ is the son of God. The Antichrist is the son of the devil. Anti being the exact opposite of Christ. False Prophet being the exact opposite of a prophet. If it caters to the flesh, it’s the devil. Pursue the kingdom of heaven – Satan says follow the world, which will become hell at the last curtain call for Earth. Nuff said on that matter – whatever God wants, Satan is the opposite.

The last is Satan’s mission statement – what he has set out to do in his mind against God…

STRATEGY 6: Satan’s Game Plan

Isaiah 14: 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north.

This will be the reason the Holy Spirit brought me out of retirement on this blog… Satan wants to sit upon the mount of the congregation… Who’s God’s congregation –? The Body of Christ, the church.

Have you ever noticed the lack of atheist lawsuits against other religions except Judaism and Christianity? Why everyone seems to have more disgust for Christians today than Muslims or other religions? Why most unbelievers will vehemently attack verbally believers for just standing up for what the Word says?

There is friends, only two kingdoms – the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness – so as hairpin as this sounds, everything fits into two categories. This world is run by Satan, remember the temptation of Jesus…

Luke 4: 6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

Jesus didn’t refute that point… we are in a battle and it has eaten itself into the very church of today. And that will be next week’s doctrine…

And we'll cover two attacks that Satan wages on believers. For these are a different type of strategies, which are half temptations/half attacks... this blog was meant to cover more of his tempestuous side, rather than the complete roaring lion side...

I was not prepared for what He had to show me a year ago, and I have been in a state of shock for the last few weeks trying to digest the revelations.

So we’ll be discussing five Dangerous Doctrines: “The Emerging Church, “ Once Saved Always Saved Fallacy,” Salvation by Works Fallacy,” “Prosperity Gospel,” and “Make Disciples, not Drive-Thru Salvations.” I am sure most will be as shocked as I am. But without understanding Satan’s plan as laid out in this short blog, some would have not made sense. We are in the Last Days, and Jesus foretold all these things thousands of years ago in prophecy for you to see them today and how Satan will try to hide them from your plain sight. Some of these doctrines will actually bring about the Antichrist’s coming and the False Prophet to power. The church must be brought to its knees – but never the Body of Christ—only some that think they are in the Body of Christ, have actually taken themselves out, many unawares to following a false gospel that is no gospel at all – all coming up as we will discuss false prophets, false christs, false spirits, and false gospels…

I leave you in love and my prayer that brothers and sisters will awaken to this cancer eating through the church before it’s too late and to warn many… And remember beloved of the Lord, once you’ve accepted Jesus, the Holy Spirit is right inside to guide you into all truth. But you must let Him no matter what you’ve been raised to believe, or grandma’s taught you, or some preacher on TV. The living Word of God will clear your minds and hearts for the truth no matter what wrong teaching we’ve been listening to… that personal relationship with Jesus is priceless, and you’ll know the truth with that Study Buddy – The Holy Spirit!!!

2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

And you won’t be these people…

2 Timothy 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

And whoa… there are some Christians today that believe every new doctrine hitting the shelf with face of a smiling preacher on the front… Jesus never changes…

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

May God bless you all in Jesus’ name!!!
