Blog # 3 Who is Going in the Rapture? By Brandon Wyse

Who is Going in the Rapture?

Glory to God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Witnesseth the Holy Spirit who guides us into all truth. Who is going in the rapture? Besides the given that are not saved?

A question that many of us have pondered is the degrees to a Christian, and who is really saved? Meaning, is a Christian going that accepted Christ, then lives his or her life as they want, going to bars and strip clubs, punishing their arms with drug after drug infusion? The answer is not so black and white as to say, but are they really saved?

I am not here to judge that, only speak upon the Revelations given to me. When this one landed on me, I was flabbergasted. You want me to reveal this? Who am I? How much flack am I going to get for this one? But, we are not given a Spirit of fear, but of love, and of power, and of a sound mind, so I will not be held accountable for not speaking it.

Let us begin, shall we? This is where the revelation first came from…

PARABLE OF THE TEN VIRGINS

Matthew 25: 1-13 At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones took their lamps but did not take any oil with them. The wise ones, however, took oil in jars along with their lamps. The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.“At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’“Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’ “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’ 10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut. 11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’ 12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’ 13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

Yes, a big chunk of scripture going on up there. Grab an oxygen mask. Breaking it down…
  1. We can deduce from the first verse that all ten virgins know about the bridegroom (Jesus). They know enough to also be out looking for him. They are saved!

  2. They waited and waited, and all fell asleep. Jesus was taking a long time.

  3. The five foolish ones did not prepare. Did not have oil, and in verse 8, tried to borrow some. Meaning, the righteousness of others, or trying to piggy back on others readiness, will not cut it.

  4. The five foolish ones had no oil. Oil throughout the Bible is symbolic of the anointing, via oil and later the Holy Spirit. Beginning in Exodus 30: 22-25, James 5:14, Isaiah 21:5, and on. (I can list a ton of the 150 something references if clarification is needed.) So the foolish virgins weren’t filled with the Holy Spirit. Baptized on fire, etc.

  5. The foolish virgins had some oil, same as a seal of redemption that they were saved, which is by the Holy Spirit… Ephesians 1:13And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit… So they are saved.

  6. The foolish virgins went back into the world to try and buy some oil. Basically, they went looking elsewhere for those that “sell” the oil. And we know that isn’t happening with the Holy Spirit. A big no, no.
Acts 8: 14-21 14 Now when the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent them Peter and John, 15 who came down and prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit. 16 For He had not yet fallen upon any of them; they had simply been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 17 Then they began laying their hands on them, and they were receiving the Holy Spirit. 18 Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was bestowed through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money, 19 saying, “Give this authority to me as well, so that everyone on whom I lay my hands may receive the Holy Spirit.” 20 But Peter said to him, “May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money! 21 “You have no part or portion in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.
  1. If the foolish virgins were up on the word, and filled with the Holy Spirit, they would have known better. The tried to go back into the world and get filled by a different manner. Could be Buddhism, Islam, Scientology, New Age mumbo jumbo. Any way that they could fill themselves, but it wasn’t with the Holy Spirit that would have given them the beacon of light for Jesus to scoop them up for the rapture.

  2. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION -- “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’ There is a cry out that we’re in the last days going on now. Heed this, please. I have been urged and urged by the Holy Spirit to send this cry out. The verse doesn’t say who cried out, just that it rang out. They still had time to talk and such after the cry before Jesus came for the wise ones. Keep that in your heart. The cry is ringing out in this and other mediums across the world!

  3. 2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who said “Let light shine out of darkness,” made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. Jesus knows from these Spirit light bulbs shining, who to snatch up.

  4. Jesus reply to the foolish virgins' cries, probably their prayers, was “Truly, I don’t know you.”
We see Jesus say this many times in scripture: Matthew 7: 21-23 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!

Jesus says it in Luke 13:25 and many more verses I can provide if asked. The meaning on how to know Him comes in Luke 6:46 Why do you call me, Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?

The Holy Spirit leads you into all things, gets you to know Jesus. Why? Because Jesus was born of the Holy Spirit. They had that bond. Who would you rather take answers from; someone that has studied a certain author, but never knew that author? Or someone that was that author’s best friend the entire time he lived?

THE HEAVY STUFF…

Let’s clear the air. Masks off. Who are these ones not going in the rapture? These aren’t the Christians struggling with a sin, a thorn in their side, or making some occasional sins. Who are really trying to walk with God, wanting to walk toward God, saying prayers or reading their Bibles. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. God is very merciful, grace abounding, and the greatest love you can have.

This is people that got saved, went back into the world, and probably say a 30 second prayer a month when they want something from God. They treat God like a cosmic Genie that is only good to hand out gifts and finances. Nothing in the world is off limits to them; they’ll drink, do drugs, have premarital sex, aren’t anointed and have no desire to even build a relationship with God. If even asked about Jesus, they wouldn’t even comment, or half heartedly say they believe unless it would make them look bad. Meaning the ones asking who this Jesus is are from another religion or a hot atheist girl they’re trying to bed that would find it distasteful if this person said they believed in Jesus. They deny Him, and so as the verse says, Jesus says He’ll deny them before the angels in Heaven and the Father. These kind don’t witness to anyone. They’re actions never show that Jesus is the Lord of their lives. They’ve probably slipped to believing that Jesus is one of many ways to God, like Buddha, Zen, Islam, etc. They wouldn’t stand for Christ if it cost them anything, a job, date, or conflict of any sort. They are swayed by anything and everything in the world, and make a choice again to live for the world and not Jesus.

Jesus said to “pray” that they may avoid it all(last blog) but they aren’t praying. They don’t even think it’s the end times. They believed like in the next Parable for a few months, then, oh, the world’s more enticing, and back in they went.

They fit the seeds in the Parable of the Sower: Luke 8: 5-8 A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path; it was trampled on, and the birds of the air ate it up. Some fell on rock, and when it came up, the plants withered because they had no moisture. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up with it and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown.

The explanation. Verse 11-15: This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. Those along the path are the ones who hear, and the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so they may not believe and be saved. Those on the rock are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for awhile, but in the time of testing, they fall away. The seed that fell among the thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches, and pleasures, and they do not mature. But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a good crop.

The good seed are communicating with God and know the importance of the Holy Spirit to live a life in Christ.

Psalms 51:10-13 Create in me a clean heart, O God. Do not cast me away from your presence. And do not take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation. And uphold me by your generous Spirit. Then I will teach transgressors your ways. And sinners shall be converted to you.

I was not led to get into a once saved, not always saved discussion. Just to illustrate who is not going to go in the rapture.

When the church is raptured, it will be without spot or blemish…

Ephesians 5:26-27 to make her(the bride, church) holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word. And to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

Now are these Christians walking in the world, washed in the word? Jesus said those that know Him obey His word. No. They are a blemish, not holy, and not blameless.  Does that mean they wayward steppers aren't saved anymore? Not necessarily, that is between the Lord and them. It is beyond the scope of my gift to address that right now until I'm led to address it. I am just to report on rapture ready people.

So what’s good old Dad do in Heaven?

John 15: 1-4 “I am the true vine(Jesus) and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself, it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

So doing good deeds without being in Christ nets you no brownie points with God. Now how easy is it to have the fruit of the Spirit? They are… joy, love, peace, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control

All in Galatians 5:22-23. So you are really bad off if you aren’t popping a couple of those fruit off to be clipped…

IT THICKENS…

Now, I know Dad pretty well now. And He’s a merciful Father… REALLY MERCIFUL!

John 10:27-28 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

2 Peter 3:9, "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

“Not willing” means that God is going to give these slackers another shot up at bat in the tribulation.

These half-no, quarter steppers, if even that… will be left. And guess what? Those same Christians will be set on fire because they have a basic understanding of scripture, definitely heard something about the rapture and tribulation when they went through their Christian phase. So now they will be the first to wake up and smell the sulfur. They will be the ones running and shouting Jesus and the Gospel from the rooftops. They’ll know they missed the bus after the rapture and will be scrambling to “lock” down their faith.

If these Christians were raptured, they’d have almost no rewards in Heaven. They would feel regret at the Gospel Oscars when all the cross bearing, under the gun, Christians were living a life of Christ and getting all the rewards. Well, God, as great as He is, is going to give them a chance to grab some rewards in Heaven by setting them on fire in the tribulation. This is totally a different topic discussed in 1 Corinthians 3:15 when our works after salvation are tested. But God doesn’t want any to suffer regret, so He’s giving second chances by having them stay to have great works. Hard lesson, but they won’t mind when they get to Heaven and receive rewards they never would have gotten before.

Daniel 11:35 Some of the wise will stumble, so that they may be refined, purified, and made spotless until the time of the end.

THE KICKER - IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO IN THE RAPTURE - YOU WON'T

Many preach that every Christian is being raptured, even if their mind is not on Jesus -- NOPE!  This is why Jesus says those waiting on Him. If you have things you think you want to stay on Earth to get done... career, blockbuster movie, family, making money and fame. If anything holds your thinking that you might want to stay a few more years, you're not going. You can't look back when plowing the field...Luke 9:62 Jesus replied, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God."

Believe me, shortly after the rapture the seals open and the world is never the same. So don't get deceived thinking you'll accomplish a few more things before it gets really bad. Life as you and everyone else as they know, is over. The Earth will never be the same after the rapture. Don't get deceived that you have a few things left to do!

Lot's wife is symbolic of the Christians being left behind. This is why also Luke 17:28 is brought up.  Lot's wife looked back at Sodom and became a pillar of salt. Salt in the Bible is symbolic of Christians. Matthew 5:13 You are the salt of the Earth...  If something makes you look back at the world, instead of looking to be raptured, you'll be left to be the salt of the Earth -- set on fire for the gospel.  Not the way to go, trust us! Better to get out of this mess...

Luke 17:30-33 It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. On that day no one who is on the roof of his house, with his goods inside, should do down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. Remember Lot's wife!  Whoever tries to keep his life will lose it(trying to stay for those things like mentioned above), and whoever loses his life(doesn't care about leaving everything in this world for the Lord when He comes) will preserve it.(Resurrection body and eternal life).

This is why Jesus always says to be alert and watch, watch, watch!
Oh, you need another verse to establish this isn’t me blabbing about these “type” of Christians. Coming right up…

I Corinthians 5:5 hand this man over to Satan, so that the sinful nature may be destroyed and his spirit saved on the day of the Lord.

This is in the chapter in Corinthians talking about expelling the immoral brother. Refining by fire in the tribulation is a sure “fire” way to refine out the sinful nature. A pun was intended on fire.

And one more verse, that as these branches were cut from the vine… God says He can graft them back. Basically, clear up the blemishes of living a totally sinful life, and He can graft you back in.

ROMANS: 11:20-23 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid. Verse 23 And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, For God is able to graft them in again.

Now this was talking of Israel and Gentiles branches in context, but you’ll see God can graft back into the vine if certain things are met. In the tribulation, faith will be at an all time high because any Christian left, halfway familiar with the Bible, will be able to flip to Revelations and see this is what is happening. They’ll get into high gear with Jesus really fast. Not all, some will still be hard hearted and give into the world and its antichrist, but that’s another blog.

DON'T LET ANYTHING IN THE WORLD HOLD YOU BACK

Luke 14:15-24 15 When one of those at the table with him heard this, he said to Jesus, “Blessed is the one who will eat at the feast in the kingdom of God.” 16 Jesus replied: “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. 17 At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, ‘Come, for everything is now ready.’

18 “But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, ‘I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.’ 19 “Another said, ‘I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I’m on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.’ 20 “Still another said, ‘I just got married, so I can’t come.’ 21 “The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.’ 22 “‘Sir,’ the servant said, ‘what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.’ 23 “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full. 24 I tell you, not one of those who were invited will get a taste of my banquet.’”

Jesus is calling you to the greatest supper in history -- don't let your (field) possessions keep you from wanting to go in the rapture to the feast. Don't let you(oxen) business affairs keep you from wanting to go. Don't let your (marriage) relationships keep you from wanting to attend the feast.  This is also meaning the kingdom of God and doing the will of Jesus, as well as the rapture. The wedding banquet of the lamb is in Revelations 19:9.

CHURCHES IN REVELATIONS CHAPTERS 2 AND 3:

In Revelations, Jesus inspects the different forms of the church, types and shadows of congregations and members inside the congregations. He lets them know what they have to do to ship up and shape up, or what they are doing right. For space, I’ll sum up some of what Jesus says about the churches:

Philadelphia: "Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.

Revelation 3:10 In contrast the other 3 churches, are warned of their doom, unless they repent.

Thyatira:  “those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation”
Sardis:  “If you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.”

Laodicea:  “the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed…I stand at the door and “knock.”

The Thyatira, Sardis and Laodicea churches easily fall into the class of the five foolish virgins of Matthew. The parable of the wise and foolish virgins specifically speaks to the coming of Lord and the churches preparedness.

Please don’t try to place churches in Revelations with denominations down here, you’ll just spin in circles. The churches in Revelations are types and shadows of our spiritual walks today inside the Body of Christ (the church), our spirit heartbeat. It is the doctrine of each individual brick and mortar church.

To sum it up, if you’re going to a church, no matter their denomination, and they’re teaching about a personal relationship with Jesus and encouraging that, you’re fitting into the spirit of a church that is acceptable by God. If you’re attending a church, no matter the denomination, that is making you rely upon a relationship through that brick and mortar church with no personal relationship with Christ but through the shepherds at that church and their teaching, you’re fitting into a danger zone church discussed in Revelations. If your shepherds are promoting integration with any New Age teaching, or constantly compromising the Bible to fit in with the world's view on tolerance and society's view on right and wrong, be careful. Flee. Jesus is the same today, as He was yesterday and forever. We don't conform to anything that's not in the Bible's teaching no matter what the spirit of the world says or does. Confused, just keep your walk with Jesus as in the Bible and as He wants in your personal relationship with him and you’ll be fine. Holy Spirit lets you feel His pulse to guide you to righteous teachings.

WARNING!  The size and money your church has is not an indication that God blessed it. The kingdom of darkness will build churches that teach false doctrines by the bundle, because many are in jeopardy by these false teachings. Jesus does not have communion with doctrines of demons! In these last days, many mega churches will fold to this unity with other religious movements. We are to evangelize, witness, preach the gospel, not cave in with other false religions. In the last days, many will stumble, and will be left to be refined in the tribulation...

Daniel 11:35 Some of the wise will stumble, so that they may be refined, purified, and made spotless until the time of the end, for it will come at the appointed time.

Jesus is doing a spot check before the rapture in Revelations Chapter 2 and 3 to see who is ready. Those not, will have to look for refinement in the tribulation. I don't have room to go through all the churches, but read Revelations Chapter 2 and 3.  Jesus does not throw out the good ones, even if they're at a bad seed planting church. In many verses you'll see Him say that there are still a few that stick to His teaching in those churches, and they are spared if they keep their faith and truthful teachings of Jesus, the Living Word.

Example Rev 3:4: Yet you have a few people in Sardis, who have not soiled their clothes.

If you’re following I Thessalonians 1:10 “and to wait for his Son from Heaven, whom he raised from the dead – Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath,” You’ll be fine.

And those waiting on Him in Hebrews 9:28.

God had to throw in Jesus, just in case you’ve been misled to think it’s someone else coming from Heaven. Don’t laugh, a ton of people will be mislead into waiting for a whole bunch of people that aren’t going to show up, except the anti-christ, and it won’t be from Heaven--but Earth.

You can relax the Bible you were going to toss into my head, it’s all in scripture. Put the bible down and step away from Brandon’s head. Kidding.

But if you do believe in Jesus Christ and haven’t been living for Him, it’s not too late to get a relationship with Him TODAY! I urge you. He wants to know you. Show you real love, not the phony love the world has to offer. And you get to know Him. Jesus is awesome! I don’t mean dead religion, either. I’m not going to go into that in this blog. But if you’re believing in stuff that’s not in the Bible, please be careful. Run from it. Break down stuff that your parents or grandparents instilled in you. If it’s not in God’s word, it ain’t real, and it’s a false doctrine. Jesus isn’t mad at you, neither am I, you got mislead. I’m here to help. Those churches listed above symbolize some churches down here that aren’t teaching what Jesus taught. If you’re believing in stuff that’s not in the Bible, but have been saved, you’re in a danger zone of one of those churches. Remember, not everyone that says Lord, Lord, is getting in on the rapture, or Heaven. He does close the banquet door on some. The ones being left believe any ole teaching, not that Jesus is the only way to God. They think many are the way. Jesus is. I’ll stake my life on it. – John 14:16 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Not a pastor, priest, or Grandma – has to be Jesus!

You heard the six degrees of separation theory? Well, there is only one degree of separation from God – Sin. When you accept Jesus, He replaces the sin, because you accepted His sacrifice in your steed on the cross for your sins. Through His sacrifice, you can go straight to the Father now. Because Jesus is in you, and you in Jesus, like a Venn diagram in Mathematics. Jesus covered for you on the cross, when you believe that in your heart, His blood covers your sins. No more enmity with God. The truth shall set you free, Jesus wasn’t lying about that! If you place someone in front of your relationship with Jesus, like a pastor, priest, or grandma, then you’re not going to the Father. You’ll still have a degree of separation in front of Jesus.

Jesus has to know you. Living a “holy” life through someone else is not going to cut it. You don’t get to know someone from a relationship that a pastor, priest, or grandma has with Jesus. They can lead you to Christ, teach you things the Lord’s shown them, and such, but you have to have that one-on-one. Choose your teachers wisely down here. You have to have that relationship with Him directly, and with the Holy Spirit. He’s been so dear to me, and put up with me through so much. He’s my best friend. Jesus closer than a brother. And the Father, well, He’s Dad. If you’re in a danger zone church that isn’t on fire, or teaches doctrines not in the Holy Bible, drop me a line. I’ll let you know by the Holy Spirit if it’s in danger of missing the rapture, and back it all up with scripture. It’s never me – it’s always Jesus! I love you all and want to see you in Heaven with me and before you may have to go through the tribulation.
To accept Jesus, say this small prayer and He’ll come in, and YOU’LL BE SAVED!!!

Dear Jesus, I’m a sinner and I know it. I believe that You died for my sins on the cross. Come into my heart and be my Savior. Forgive me of all my sins. Be the Lord of my life. I submit to You. I want to know You and have a relationship with You. Give me the strength to live for you. And lean on You. I believe You have saved me by Your grace. Thank you for saving me and giving me your Holy Spirit. You are my Lord and I am now a child of God and have the authority that you have given me. Thank you Father for choosing me for salvation by your Son Jesus Christ!  Amen!

This isn’t just words, something HUGE just happened in heaven and the spiritual dimension!!! A ton of blessings and promises just opened up to you. Drop us a line on the link and we’ll be happy to guide through Scripture, getting you to understand who you now are in Christ. Praise God!
